We thought we would need minimal input from Melissa and in the beginning she was brought in at a very basic level to check our plan and give design ideas. It soon became obvious that her advice and skill would be vital to us moving forward and we upgraded our package to involve her in every step of the process. 

Melissa had the skills to draw up plans and liaise with quality tradespeople. By having her in the coordination role, it took the tricky task of managing the tradespeople and worry away from us.

Melissa was always available for advice or discussions regarding concerns and despite there being many changes of mind and overthinking on our behalf, she remained calm and understanding at all times. We were always treated with kindness and it was clear that she wanted the best outcome for us and our home.
