The builder, the client and I collaborated to design a modern home with a mid-century feel for this family of five. 

The dining room, family room, kitchen and master bedroom were oriented to enjoy uninterrupted sea views. These rooms each opened up to an expansive alfresco. The addition of a light shaft in the entry hall welcomed an abundance of natural light into the home while also offering a breathtaking sight of the surrounding landscapes. 

After concept plans and elevations were signed off, the client took the reigns to select colours, materials and finishes to complete their dream home.
